Hello,
This is about the Agra university.I took admission in M.E(2004) of I.E.T. college,Khandari, agra.Due to college and university,My session has been late.Now when all the exam has been completed , the university is not giving marsheet of any semesters. College is not helping in this case. we are 18 students.This was three year course.I m senior Lecturer in reputed college.i has been enrolled for Phd.I need r marsheets.I m very worry.muse bahut gussa ata hai.koi baha sunta he nahi hai.mere career kharab kar rahe hai.let me know...let me help.how to get rid of this problem......Mail id. kapil.t@hotmail.com |
I suggest that you refer to decision of the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (Lucknow) in which a student has been awarded Rs 20 lakh compensation for delay in marksheet, (Times of India, 15 Oct 2008)

You have NOT supplied the RTI Group copies of records obtained under RTI or otherwise that substantiate your claims against those EC members. Kindly supply the same and we would take necessary action including publishing of your message in entirety. RTI is all about records NOT emotions or "friends". |

May i draw ur attention 2w0rds some painfull facts. This vc has no accademically tall or administrativly experieced person around him, rather teachers who were rusticated at some point of time during student sh[p on purely crimnal ground,subssiquintly appointed teachers during vc ship of Prof. Farooqi.
1. Mujahid Bag-----.He pulled out Pistol on external examiner n attacked the house of internal examiner with 8-10 goonda elements lead by his brother Moazzam beg, who is a husband of DFO Yasmin jalal. FIR was lodged. The whole issue was culminated 2 his rustication.
ARIF MAMOON. the then vp of students union ghoraod the vc to revoke his rustication. Prof. Arif siddiqi then Principal of JNMC who used 2 pat gundas , n PROF.AQ Siddiqi had some unholly compromise with Mujahid Beg. He is now close 2 vc n thus exempted from all duties n became full time politician.He is getting financial bills of teachers passed thru his BHABI, Yasmin Jlal. There r many other fraud against his name.including the charge of Plgriagism. Bio-Chemestry publication is an open n shut case.He is in Medicine, but publications r being made mostly in Gynaecolgy n other subjects.How many in Medicine? His wife is in Gynae.(NOTE) He always hide his rustication n Katta back ground. Let us wait n see, how much this vc is HONEST in dispencing the justice. THE employment form is self explanatory for such cases.
2. HAFIZ JI=====.Rusticated on crimnal charges when he was student. THe popular case of his D/B is pending.
3. Asif (Commerce) Small type Loafar n Gunda Took BIRTH during Farooqi regime
Even 2day he carries Katta eith him. He uses TABLLGIES n JAMAT as KAWACH.
3. Khursheed A khan-------. Suspended on crimanal consprecy n sevre charges of rioting aga[nst a former VC.
Once the vc has been gheraod by such potentially crimnal n gunda element, it is very defficult 2 go on right path. In case the vc is succeeded in cleasing the university by such teachers it will b a greate service 2 university n community. Is therefore appeal 2 RTI group 2 use their energies 2 bring out information 2 public domain n support the vc in making the AMU clean of all such persons. This vc has courage n determination 2 put the university on meaningfull expansion mode. THanx. Waiting ur respnnse.

Few years back, the AMU had installed a water treatment plant, which flopped. Could you enquire all the details about it including the expenses, through RTI?? |

What is the total annual budget of the Proctorial Security and other Arrangements? Could you let us know through an RTI? Does it have any technically sanctioned budget for local intelligence gathering? |
We are flooded with requests related to filing of RTI queries and thus we have been forced to prioritize. As most of us are are not full time RTI activists, our hands are full. In case you feel it is urgent, we advise you to yourself take up the issue. We would extend all help. OR give us some breathing space and bear with us. |
