Sir in Jan 2009 I appeared for interview in JAMIA HAMDARD for post of lecturers in Unani faculty.From reliable sources intially it was given impression that I am selected but then it was said that I was in waiting.To my hard luck in my department two recruitments were made but both of them were not PG in the concerened feild In simle language I can say MD Medicine and Pharmoacology were found suitable for teaching Preventive and social Medicine.This result has totally shattered me.May be if I had seen your site earlier I may have lodges a RTI.But it is no use now to cry over split milk.It is just I wanted to share my happening with u.Any suggestions are alwaz welcome.I congratulate you for making such NGO. |
You can still file RTI and ask the Univ to provide you the recommendations of the GSC in case there is any doubt. Some of our members have already uncovered some very interesting things that have been going on in Jamia Hamdard! |

dr. Sherwani (Orhtopaedic Surgery) is using University monogramme on his prescription card of his private clinic at nagla road aligarh. he is also taking NPA. is this ok? |
Obviously taking NPA and private practice do not go together but there is no evidence of Dr. Sherwani indulging in private practice |

the teachers of JNMC have not engage in any teaching/prctical/lab classes more than 30/40 days in a academic year. a teacher is assigned region/course of his own choice and after the completion of course in one month pd he is free from the acadmic/ research work from the depatment. teachers (academic dept)
have only worked for one month agisnt 12 months salary |
