all general selection commities held for the post of lecturers in AMU somehow seems to be held in haste as it is seems that in allmost all cases the university authority always announces the scheduled dates prior to a week or less and this much time is insufficient for any genuine and unauthoredbacked candidate for preparation.whereas unofficial news of selction commities to be held is spread well before..it normally reflects the proximity of nepotism..and discourages genuine candidate.
Another very strange practice that is adopted while conducting interviews is that except Vice Chancellor every one in the panel waits for the His Highness to initiate...this some times result in ridiculous openings of the interview.(or in some cases the candidate becomes nervous to face the very first question that is in fact an absurd question). The panel should realize that VC is not omniscient and cannot achieve mastery on every subject.
sychophancy at the cost of other\'s careers is harmful.
A general orientation of the panelist on \"how to conduct an Interview\"is to be done well before interview. |
