It is a serious lapse on the part of the A.M.U. for having continued Prof. Noor Mohammad as Chairman, Department of Sociology & Social Work, for almost more than 20 years i.e. for seven times in violation of the rules and regulations as well as the guidelines of the UGC. |

The image of this graceful, internationally renowned University is being distorted by the Administration. This University is being used as luxury lounge by some top officials like VC, Registrar, Controller, FO. They keep the offices opened on odd hours, till late evening, sometimes even 10:00 - 11:00 pm and expect their subordinate staff to remain available all the time. Isn\'t it the exploitation of the staff? Aren\'t there any UGC norms to govern it or labor laws to control it and save the lives of many of the fixed/daily wage workers? How cruel and inhuman a person becomes after getting some post. I expect that you know more about UGC norms and labour laws more then me. I just wanted to draw your attention to this matter. |
The UGC and University norms are 6 1/2 hours per day for non-teaching staff any further work is paid through EDA which should be enhanced. The University administration should sit up and take care. |

Dear RTI members.
You are doing a good job..But please make sure that only RTI and affiliated issues are brought to fore. Let this forum not become a tool for settling personal grudges.
Three or four messages in the last 2-3 days have disappointed me. Messages like XYZ support or oppose VC are really not central to the theme of forum. More too when such messages involve non-entities and non-political players.
I appreciate the fact that you have pointed this out by invoking democracy..Everybody is entitled to their opinion and may take a stand accordingly. Please put an end to such rubbish by moderating any further messages of such nature. |

Dear members of RTI group hello! If you really want justice in the society, specially in this University then plzzzz pay attention to my request. Under what rule this administration opens the offices on holidays and circulates an order that all the staff members should be present. As far as I know in a situation where opening a particular office becomes unavoidable some type of compensation/EDA has to be given. But the truth is, no such incentive is being given. As regards EDA it gets exhausted within a month or two as there is a sealing of Rs. 5000/- per anumn. And what about the daily wagers and ladies who spend Rs. 20/- to 30/- on holidays just for nothing. Please fight for the cause. I am with you and promise that if he need arises so I will come forward and will remain no more anonymous. Is it necessary to hold meetings (EC/AC etc.) on holidays and spoil the peace and family life of employees like some third class Baniya does to his servants. |
We agree, we can take up this general cause for betterment but we lack related documents please let us have them |
