Why to suspend Dr. Tariq Islam? Why not to take disciplinary action against fasist forces of AMU like Drs. Afifullah Khan and Jamal A Khan of the Wildlife dept who have been involved in compiling and producing fradulent ocuments to prolong Ph. D. degree award to me.

VC suspended Dr. Tariq Islam for reasons best known to him. What about doctors indulging in full fledged private practice both at home and in college. why no action/enquiry has been initiated against them?? |

Pl enlighten me as to why the President of India as the Visitor has till date not suspended your VC Prof Azis despite not having been satisfied with his first reply? How is Prof Azis being allowed to have a free run and suspend and intimidate those who have the courage to speak out against all that is happening in your university? What does the Aligarh Muslim University Act say on the issue? To the best of my knowledge the Visitor can suspend the VC of any of the Central Universities in case he is facing an enquiry. The same is given in very clear terms in latest Gazette published by Govt of India. |
At the outset, RTI Group wishes to share with you that we had sent a Memorandum vide D. no. 257/RTIG/FAD January 20, 2009 to the Hon'ble President of India in her capacity as the Visitor of Central Universities requesting her to establish a Code of Conduct and Disciplinary Proceedings for the Vice Chancellors of Central Universities. We are aware of the contents of the Gazette of Govt of India. Unfortunately the Gazette is not clear on the issue of VCs of existing Central Universities. As of today, it appears that VCs of existing Central Universities are pointer to double standards being followed, steps have been taken in this regard too. We have been informed that the anomaly is being rectified. As far as AMU Act is concerned, it does have provisions in this regard. |

Dear RTI members ,Mr Yameen khan & co. are comprising a group of Notorious money taking people who are very shrewd and cunning and trying to pose in hibernation are in fact trying to reorganise in some other way to cover their misdeeds.please keep on posting these messages as the administration is regularly watching and planning some action in this regard. Prof jaleel is getting disturbed by such reports |
