Are the ouside elements responsible for sine die been identified?????????

At least one outsider has been identified without even filing RTI application! Someone named Manzoor Alam (an outsider not connected to AMU) who claims to be office bearer of an organization named Milli Council has claimed that he and members of his organization were officially involved in some "negotiations" during the student agitation in a press release!We have heard that the Govt is investigating his suspicious role during the agitation while he claims that he could not succeed as the AMU students were "recalcitrant" and in no mood to negotiate with him! |

what happened about the fake highschool marksheet case of Dr.Asif of commerce department??.till now there is no report of the case against him filed by anyone? |
The AMU authorities are not trying to scuttle providing of info under RTI for reasons best known to them. |

Is the news correct that in the official minutes of the consultative meeting held on 1st Nov 2009 at 4.00PM circulated by Office of the AMU Registrar dt. 3/11/2009 The AMU VC Prof P K Abdul Azis and Registrar Prof V K Jaleel have blamed the Indian National Congress (Congress Party) led by Mrs Sonia Gandhi for the disturbances in AMU and a complaint been filed for violation of model code of conduct on the issue with the Election Commission of India by a senior Congress Worker Ms Tarannum Naqvi, General Secretary, Uttar Pradesh Congress Committee (Minority Dept)? |
The Secretary RTI Group too has received a copy of the complaint sent by Ms Taarannum Naqvi to Chief Election Commissioner of India, President of India (Visitor, AMU), President, Indian National Congress, Union HRD Minister, Members of EC and AMU Court, Media Persons etc. In the said complaint she has also attached minutes of the referred meeting in which it is mentioned that "certain Congress Party Workers and Students Union leaders visited the Dharna site and delivered inflammatory speeches.....". She has asked for suitable action against Prof Azis and Prof Jaleel. |

\"One who laughs last --laughs best\"---A little advice to some goon who posted the message \'.....only few people on dharna with RTI crusadres Ha Ha ha.The RTI group is doing great---and in bringing out corruption cheap retaliation does happen----but never lasts.

Thanx for your suggestion for filing RTI. But I am living overseas. I thought that I should bring this matter to the knowledge of RTI group so that they may make some moves to stop this practice of projecting various officials as larger than life figures. |
