Is it true that the suspension of Dr Tariq Islam has been revoked with immediate effect? Is it also true that Prof P K Abdul Azis, Vice Chancellor, AMU, and Prof V K Jalil, Registrar, AMU, were delaying the revocation despite clear directives of Executive Council of AMU? Is it true that both of them are in a deep fix over the issue as they were afraid of annoying the SIM/Jamaat-e-Islami lobby before the AMU Court elections in which several of the candidates affiliated to these organizations are being fielded by Prof Azis? |
YES, suspension of Dr Tariq Islam has been revoked with immediate effect. Yes, the time frame set by EC had expired long back. We cannot comment on the third part of your message! |

VC is leaving in the last week of Dec ,Registrar is leaving in the first week of January and there are reports that FO is also proceeding on LTC .We hope and pray that all of them leave very soon so that Justice B A Khan can begin his proceedings afresh. Vacant Non Teaching posts are going to be abolished very soon because of the Finance officer. She is busy preparing the reply of the special audit report through some people although the CAG office have not asked for the same but just trying to nullify the same. This is just an update for the hookers of this website. |
This is obviously not true as the last week of December has already lapsed however RTI Group is primarily interested in the exercise of the right to bring about transparency and efficiency in the University |
