ASAK, World of Aligs got 48 mails in one day on SRK, may be twice or more for AMUNETWORK and I did not see even one on TCS offering jobs to 101 grads to Engg and MCA students. This speaks volumes on our priorities. Cannot and should we all not congratulate the students getting offer and to the faculty for making efforts? The excitement about the \'great Khan\' visiting AMU is entirely misplaced.
This is the same gentleman who proclaimed that Narendar Modi had done
nothing bad to *him.* Indian Muslims desirous of even moral support should
look elsewhere rather than at the doors of the self-absorbed, money grabbing
Akhtars, the Khans and the Naseerddin Shahs who are too self-conscious to
even acknowledge their Muslim identity. The biological fact that they are
Muslims albeit in name only (MINOS) is scarcely a reason for Indian Muslims
to feel proud of them.
